高速機(jī)床主軸石墨軸承材料的選型與性能評價(jià)

【摘要】:低黏介質(zhì)潤滑可讓機(jī)床電主軸獲得更高的轉(zhuǎn)速以實(shí)現(xiàn)高速高效加工,石墨由于其物性上的優(yōu)點(diǎn)特別適于低黏介質(zhì)潤滑環(huán)境。為選擇一種合適的石墨軸承材料使之配合高速加工的需要,在對主軸使用工況分析的基礎(chǔ)上,獲得石墨軸承材料的性能需求參數(shù)。根據(jù)性能需求,設(shè)計(jì)由材料力學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)、熱物理實(shí)驗(yàn)和摩擦學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)所組成的石墨材料性能測試體系。選取4種常見石墨作為備選材料,對其力學(xué)性能、熱物理性能及摩擦磨損性能進(jìn)行測試及評價(jià),并從微觀結(jié)構(gòu)上解釋產(chǎn)生性能差異的原因。研究結(jié)果表明:石墨化度適中并經(jīng)過浸漬處理的石墨材料更宜于作為高速軸承的選材。
[Abstract]:Low viscosity medium lubrication can make the motorized spindle of machine tool obtain higher rotational speed to realize high speed and high efficiency processing. Graphite is especially suitable for low viscosity medium lubricating environment because of its physical properties. In order to select a suitable graphite bearing material to meet the needs of high-speed machining, the performance requirements parameters of graphite bearing material were obtained on the basis of the analysis of the operating conditions of the spindle. According to the performance requirements, a graphite material performance test system composed of material mechanics experiment, thermal physics experiment and tribology experiment was designed. Four kinds of common graphite were selected as alternative materials to test and evaluate their mechanical properties, thermal physical properties and friction and wear properties, and to explain the reasons for the difference in properties from the microstructure. The results show that graphite with moderate graphitization and impregnation is more suitable for high speed bearing selection.
