【摘要】：采用XRD、SEM、EBSD、TEM、EDS以及三維組織重構(gòu)方法系統(tǒng)研究原位Be元素的Ti基非晶復(fù)合材料Ti_(47)Zr_(19)Cu_5V_(12)Be_(17)(摩爾分?jǐn)?shù),%)中晶體相的形態(tài)、尺寸、成分和體積分?jǐn)?shù),并采用STEM-EELS證明Be元素僅僅分布在非晶基體中。在此基礎(chǔ)上,準(zhǔn)確地得到了晶體相和非晶基體的化學(xué)成分分別為T(mén)i_(62.4)Zr_(18.4)Cu_(2.6)V_(16.6)和Ti_(28.3)Zr_(19.7)Cu_8V_(6.4)Be_(37.6)(摩爾分?jǐn)?shù),%),相應(yīng)的體積分?jǐn)?shù)分別為61.5%和38.5%,該結(jié)果對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)原位含Be非晶復(fù)合材料具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The morphology, size, composition and volume fraction of the crystal phase in the Ti matrix amorphous composite TiS _ (47) / ZR ~ (19) / Cu _ (5V) / T _ (17) are systematically studied by using the method of XRD-SEMU / EBSD / TEMDS and three-dimensional structure reconstruction. The STEM-EELS results show that the element be is only distributed in the amorphous matrix. On this basis, the chemical compositions of the crystal phase and the amorphous matrix are obtained accurately as Tititig 62.4 ZR 18.4C / C / C / C / C / V / T / T / T / V / T / V / T / V / T / V / T / V / T / T / V / T / T / C / V / T / T / T / T / T / T / T / T / T / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C
