【摘要】:氫能作為重要的二次能源,因其具有來(lái)源多樣、儲(chǔ)運(yùn)便捷、清潔環(huán)保、利用高效等優(yōu)點(diǎn)受到了各國(guó)的青睞。高壓儲(chǔ)氫容器是氫能的重要儲(chǔ)輸設(shè)備之一,其材料氫脆問(wèn)題是氫能及其相關(guān)技術(shù)發(fā)展中的瓶頸,并逐漸發(fā)展為金屬材料科學(xué)領(lǐng)域中一個(gè)非常重要且活躍的研究方向。熱脫附譜(TDS)作為一種研究材料中氫陷阱特性的重要方法,得到了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的廣泛使用。本文首先在綜合介紹TDS裝置及其測(cè)試原理的基礎(chǔ)上,討論了升溫?zé)崦撨^(guò)程中可能發(fā)生的氫陷阱變化對(duì)TDS結(jié)果及分析的影響。然后通過(guò)對(duì)TDS試樣預(yù)處理技術(shù)發(fā)展水平及各技術(shù)利弊的分析,討論了充氫技術(shù)和參數(shù)的選擇以及充放氫過(guò)程對(duì)TDS試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的影響。最后,基于TDS數(shù)據(jù)后處理的現(xiàn)有理論及研究進(jìn)展,討論了TDS 3種擬合模型的適用性以及在其處理多陷阱曲線重合問(wèn)題時(shí)反褶積過(guò)程的復(fù)雜性。
[Abstract]:As an important secondary energy, hydrogen energy is favored by many countries because of its advantages of diverse sources, convenient storage and transportation, clean and environmental protection, high efficiency and so on. High pressure hydrogen storage vessel is one of the important storage and transportation equipment of hydrogen energy. The hydrogen embrittlement of its materials is the bottleneck in the development of hydrogen energy and its related technology, and has gradually developed into a very important and active research direction in the field of metal material science. Thermal desorption spectroscopy (TDS), as an important method to study hydrogen trap characteristics in materials, has been widely used by scholars at home and abroad. On the basis of a comprehensive introduction of the TDS device and its testing principle, this paper discusses the influence of the possible hydrogen trap changes in the thermal desorption process on the TDS results and analysis. Then, through the analysis of the development level of TDS sample pretreatment technology and the advantages and disadvantages of each technology, the selection of hydrogen charging technology and parameters and the influence of hydrogen charging and releasing process on TDS test results are discussed. Finally, based on the existing theory and research progress of post-processing of TDS data, the applicability of three fitting models of TDS and the complexity of deconvolution process in dealing with the problem of multi-trap curve coincidence are discussed.
