【摘要】：通過高速攝像采集,采用數(shù)字圖像處理技術(shù),對脈沖熔化極氬弧焊熔池輪廓進行了精確提取.基于該熔池輪廓提取方法,分析了一脈一滴、一脈兩滴焊接條件下,離弧柱中心不同點位置的時域和頻域變化特征.結(jié)果表明,兩種情況由于脈沖電弧和熔滴對熔池的沖擊影響,引起的波疊加造成隨著離弧柱中心距離的增加,熔池輪廓上各點震蕩的振幅分布呈波動遞減趨勢;在一脈兩滴時近弧柱中心的點震蕩表現(xiàn)復(fù)雜、密集,熔滴所引起的熔池震蕩會抵消脈沖電弧引起的震蕩,振幅相對較小,且脈沖電弧引起熔池的震蕩要比熔滴強.
[Abstract]:By high speed video capture and digital image processing technology, the weld pool profile of pulsed argon arc welding is extracted accurately. Based on this method, the time-domain and frequency-domain variation characteristics of different positions from the center of the arc column under the condition of one pulse, one drop and two drops welding are analyzed. The results show that due to the impact of pulsed arc and droplet on the molten pool, the wave superposition results in a decreasing trend of the amplitude distribution of the oscillation at each point in the molten pool profile with the increase of the distance from the center of the arc column. The point oscillation near the center of the arc column is complex and dense at the time of one pulse and two drops. The oscillation of the molten pool caused by the droplet will counteract the oscillation caused by the pulse arc, the amplitude is relatively small, and the oscillation caused by the pulsed arc is stronger than that caused by the droplet.
