不同環(huán)境介質中X70鋼的交流腐蝕行為及腐蝕產(chǎn)物膜層分析

【摘要】:通過交流腐蝕模擬實驗考察了X70鋼在4種環(huán)境介質中的交流腐蝕行為,獲得了X70鋼在4種介質中的腐蝕速率K_d。結果表明,腐蝕速率K_(d(NaCl))K_(d(Na_2SO_4))K_(d(CaCl_2))K_(d(MgCl_2))。采用SEM、EDS和XRD對腐蝕產(chǎn)物膜的表面/截面微觀形貌、元素和物相成分進行了表征與分析,探討了X70鋼在相同交流電流密度下,不同介質中腐蝕速率差異的原因:在Na_2SO_4和NaCl介質中,腐蝕產(chǎn)物膜比較疏松,侵蝕性離子SO_4~(2-)和Cl~-的存在會加速X70鋼的腐蝕,Na~+不會影響腐蝕產(chǎn)物膜的形成;在MgCl_2和CaCl_2介質中,Ca~(2+)和Mg~(2+)的存在有利于形成保護性好的致密腐蝕產(chǎn)物膜。
[Abstract]:The AC corrosion behavior of X70 steel in four kinds of environmental media was investigated by AC corrosion simulation experiment. The corrosion rate of X70 steel in four kinds of medium was obtained. The results show that the corrosion rate is K / S / K / C / K / T / K / T / K / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C The surface / cross section morphology, element and phase composition of corrosion product film were characterized and analyzed by means of SEM-EDS and XRD. The reasons for the difference of corrosion rate of X70 steel in different medium under the same AC current density were discussed: in Na_2SO_4 and NaCl medium, the corrosion rate of X70 steel was analyzed. The corrosion product films are looser. The presence of corrosive ions so _ 4O _ 2) and Cl ~-can accelerate the formation of corrosion products films of X70 steel, and the existence of MgCl_2 and CaCl_2) and Mg~(2) is beneficial to the formation of protective dense corrosion product films.
