銅對(duì)中碳硅錳鋼連續(xù)冷卻相變的影響

【摘要】:為了探索含銅中碳硅錳鋼連續(xù)冷卻轉(zhuǎn)變過(guò)程中的相變規(guī)律,采用DIL805L型膨脹儀研究了銅對(duì)中碳硅錳鋼連續(xù)冷卻過(guò)程中顯微組織和硬度的影響,借助高分辨透射電鏡研究了連續(xù)冷卻過(guò)程中含銅相的析出行為。結(jié)果表明,在中碳硅錳鋼的連續(xù)冷卻過(guò)程中,銅的加入使得鐵素體轉(zhuǎn)變的孕育期延長(zhǎng),且降低貝氏體和馬氏體開(kāi)始轉(zhuǎn)變溫度。富銅顆粒在鐵素體中彌散析出,細(xì)化連續(xù)相變組織。冷卻速度小于21℃/s時(shí),含銅中碳硅錳鋼由于富銅顆粒析出以及貝氏體和馬氏體組織增加引起顯微硬度增加。當(dāng)冷卻速度大于21℃/s時(shí),銅反而會(huì)降低鋼中貝氏體和馬氏體組織的顯微硬度。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the transformation law of carbon silicon-manganese steel during continuous cooling transformation, the effect of copper on microstructure and hardness of medium carbon silicon-manganese steel during continuous cooling was studied by DIL805L expansion instrument. The precipitation behavior of copper-bearing phases during continuous cooling was studied by means of high resolution transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the incubation period of ferrite transformation is prolonged and the transformation temperature of bainite and martensite is decreased with the addition of copper during the continuous cooling of medium carbon silicon-manganese steel.
