【摘要】:通過光學(xué)顯微鏡和透射電鏡觀察及力學(xué)性能測(cè)試研究了鍛造及熱處理對(duì)Mg-8.5Gd-3.2Y-0.4Zr(wt%)合金顯微組織及力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,520℃×15 h均勻化可使分布在晶界的共晶組織完全溶入基體;鍛造可以顯著細(xì)化合金的晶粒、提高其力學(xué)性能;合金鍛后200℃×50 h時(shí)效可以進(jìn)一步提高合金的強(qiáng)度,但伸長率有所下降。
[Abstract]:The effects of forging and heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-8.5Gd-3.2Y-0.4Zrwt) alloy were studied by optical microscope and transmission electron microscope. The results show that the eutectic microstructure distributed at grain boundaries can be completely dissolved into the matrix by homogenization at 520 鈩,
