雙級(jí)時(shí)效對(duì)7050鋁合金力學(xué)性能及耐腐蝕性的影響

【摘要】:采用力學(xué)性能測(cè)試、電導(dǎo)率測(cè)試、晶間腐蝕試驗(yàn)以及金相顯微鏡觀察等方法,研究了雙級(jí)時(shí)效處理對(duì)7050鋁合金擠壓棒材力學(xué)性能及耐腐性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著雙級(jí)時(shí)效時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),鋁合金的強(qiáng)度、硬度降低,導(dǎo)電率值逐漸增加,同時(shí)合金的應(yīng)力腐蝕敏感性不斷降低。當(dāng)采用雙級(jí)固溶450℃×1.5 h+495℃×1 h,雙級(jí)時(shí)效120℃×8 h+160℃×8 h熱處理制度處理時(shí),7050鋁合金的抗拉強(qiáng)度、伸長(zhǎng)率和導(dǎo)電率分別為689.4 MPa、12.72%、35.03%IACS,腐蝕等級(jí)3級(jí),綜合性能最佳。
[Abstract]:The effects of two-stage aging treatment on the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of 7050 aluminum alloy extruded bar were studied by means of mechanical property test, electrical conductivity test, intergranular corrosion test and metallographic microscope observation. The results show that the strength and hardness of aluminum alloy decrease with the increase of two-stage aging time, the conductivity increases gradually, and the stress corrosion sensitivity of the alloy decreases. The tensile strength, elongation and conductivity of the aluminum alloy were 689.4 MPA, 12.72 and 35.03 IACSs respectively, and the comprehensive properties were the best when the two-stage solution was treated with 450 鈩,
