DZ125合金表面Ce-Y改性鋁化物滲層的組織及抗沖蝕性能

【摘要】:通過擴散滲法在DZ125合金表面制備了Ce-Y聯(lián)合改性鋁化物滲層,分析了共滲層的結構及相組成,并對其組織形成機理和抗沖蝕性能進行了研究。結果表明:1000℃/2 h下所制備的Al-Ce-Y共滲層具有多層結構,由外向內(nèi)依次為Ni Al和少量Al_3Ni_2組成的外層,Al_3Ni_2內(nèi)層及富Al的互擴散層,Ce、Y元素主要集中在共滲層的外層,起到細化晶粒及促滲的作用。固體粒子沖蝕結果表明:Al-Ce-Y共滲顯著的提高了DZ125合金在小攻角下的抗固體粒子沖蝕性能,沖蝕機理為犁削和切削損傷;隨著攻角的增大,Al-Ce-Y共滲層的沖蝕率逐漸增大,沖蝕機理向脆性斷裂和疲勞破壞轉(zhuǎn)變,當攻角為90o時,其沖蝕率高于DZ125基體。
[Abstract]:The aluminizing layer modified by Ce-Y on the surface of DZ125 alloy was prepared by diffusion infiltration method. The structure and phase composition of the co-infiltrating layer were analyzed. The mechanism of microstructure and erosion resistance of the layer were studied.
