變質(zhì)處理和快速冷卻對(duì)Al-27Si合金初晶硅細(xì)化的研究

【摘要】:采用添加變質(zhì)劑和快速冷卻相結(jié)合的方法,改善Al-27Si合金初晶硅的形貌和尺寸,并借助光學(xué)顯微鏡OM、分析軟件Image Plus對(duì)初晶硅的尺寸、形貌、圓整度、粒度分布等進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析。結(jié)果表明,細(xì)化Al-27Si合金初晶硅尺寸效果較好的變質(zhì)處理和快速冷卻的工藝為:變質(zhì)劑添加量0.09%,變質(zhì)溫度880℃,變質(zhì)時(shí)間30 min,型腔內(nèi)徑準(zhǔn)10 mm的冷卻模具。同時(shí)得到對(duì)初晶硅尺寸的影響因素,由大到小的順序是:變質(zhì)劑的添加量冷卻速度=變質(zhì)時(shí)間變質(zhì)溫度。
[Abstract]:The morphology and size of primary silicon in Al-27Si alloy were improved by the combination of modifier and rapid cooling. The size, morphology and roundness of primary silicon were analyzed by Image Plus with the help of optical microscope. The particle size distribution was analyzed. The results show that the modification treatment and rapid cooling process for refining the size of primary silicon in Al-27Si alloy are as follows: the amount of modifier is 0.09, the modification temperature is 880 鈩,
