基于實(shí)驗(yàn)的鈦合金優(yōu)化動(dòng)態(tài)本構(gòu)模型與有限元模擬

【摘要】:為確定鈦合金材料的Johnson-Cook模型中5個(gè)待定本構(gòu)參數(shù),克服傳統(tǒng)單因素分析法的弊端并提高參數(shù)識(shí)別效率和精度,采用拉丁超立方抽樣、Spearman秩相關(guān)分析的參數(shù)敏感度整體分析方法,并在參數(shù)敏感度分析結(jié)果和基本遺傳算法的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了一種基于改進(jìn)小生境算法、可疑峰值點(diǎn)判斷策略和局域精確搜索技術(shù)的改進(jìn)遺傳算法,基于實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)建立了精細(xì)的鈦合金Johnson-Cook本構(gòu)模型。采用隱式應(yīng)力積分法將該模型嵌入到ABAQUS用戶材料子程序UMAT中,并通過隱函數(shù)求導(dǎo)方法推導(dǎo)出一致切線剛度矩陣。通過ABAQUS有限元軟件對(duì)鈦合金材料的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬分析,計(jì)算結(jié)果與已有的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)吻合良好,UMAT子程序的準(zhǔn)確性得到驗(yàn)證,可用于鈦合金材料的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)預(yù)測分析中。
[Abstract]:In order to determine five undetermined constitutive parameters in the Johnson-Cook model of titanium alloy materials, overcome the disadvantages of traditional single-factor analysis and improve the efficiency and accuracy of parameter identification, a global analysis method for parameter sensitivity of Latin hypercubic sampling Spearman rank correlation analysis was adopted. Based on the results of parameter sensitivity analysis and basic genetic algorithm, an improved genetic algorithm based on improved niche algorithm, suspicious peak point judgment strategy and local accurate search technique is established. Based on the experimental data, a fine Johnson-Cook constitutive model of titanium alloy was established. The implicit stress integration method is used to embed the model into the ABAQUS user material subroutine UMAT and the uniform tangent stiffness matrix is derived by the implicit function derivation method. The dynamic response of titanium alloy materials was simulated by ABAQUS finite element software. The calculated results are in good agreement with the available experimental data and the accuracy of UMAT subroutine is verified. It can be used to predict the dynamic response of titanium alloy materials.
