不同取向鎳基單晶高溫合金的蠕變參數(shù)及其與蠕變行為的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:通過蠕變性能的測試和內(nèi)摩擦應(yīng)力的測定,研究了[001]、[011]和[111]取向鎳基單晶高溫合金分別沿[001]、[011]和[111]取向在高溫/低應(yīng)力條件下拉伸蠕變至穩(wěn)態(tài)階段的有效蠕變參數(shù)及其與蠕變性能和變形機(jī)制之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,隨著溫度的升高和外加應(yīng)力的降低,3種取向合金的內(nèi)摩擦應(yīng)力降低。在相同條件下,3種取向合金的內(nèi)摩擦應(yīng)力順序?yàn)棣襙(i[001])σ_(i[111])σ_(i[011])。蠕變前后[011]和[111]取向合金內(nèi)相對(duì)于應(yīng)力軸傾斜連貫的"屋脊"型基體通道是2種合金具有較低內(nèi)摩擦應(yīng)力和較差蠕變抗力的重要原因。[001]取向合金在1040℃/137 MPa條件下的有效蠕變激活能為Q_(e[001])=281.32 kJ/mol,表明其穩(wěn)態(tài)階段的變形機(jī)制為元素?cái)U(kuò)散控制的位錯(cuò)攀移。[011]取向合金的有效蠕變激活能為Q_(e[011])=146.87 kJ/mol,其較低的數(shù)值與其內(nèi)部開放的基體通道對(duì)位錯(cuò)滑移較小的阻礙作用有關(guān);[111]取向合金較[011]取向合金較高的有效蠕變激活能Q_(e[111])=182.61 kJ/mol與其內(nèi)部片層狀的γ′相和位錯(cuò)的交滑移有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Through the testing of creep property and internal friction stress, The effective creep parameters of [001], [011] and [111] oriented Nickel-based superalloys with [001], [011] and [111] orientations in tensile creep to steady state under high temperature / low stress conditions and their relationship with creep properties and deformation mechanism have been studied. The results show that the internal friction stress decreases with the increase of temperature and the decrease of applied stress.
