等離子噴涂“樁釘結(jié)構(gòu)”YSZ激光改性熱障涂層的組織與性能(英文)

【摘要】:本試驗采用大氣等離子噴涂(APS)在含有NiCoCrAlYTa粘結(jié)層的鎳基高溫合金基體表面沉積氧化釔部分穩(wěn)定氧化鋯(YSZ)熱障涂層,然后采用Nd:YAG的脈沖激光對熱障涂層表面進行選擇性激光表面改性處理,最后對噴涂態(tài)和"樁釘結(jié)構(gòu)"激光改性YSZ涂層的組織與性能進行分析研究。結(jié)果表明:選擇性激光表面改性形成的單元體表面粗糙度明顯降低,表面的孔隙基本消除,同時形成了垂直于表面的分割網(wǎng)狀裂紋,激光改性的"樁釘結(jié)構(gòu)"單元體中還包含有柱狀晶和等軸晶組織。XRD分析發(fā)現(xiàn),噴涂態(tài)與"樁釘結(jié)構(gòu)"單元體中都包含有非平衡四方相T',然而經(jīng)過激光改性后,噴涂態(tài)中的單斜相M消失,72°~76°范圍中T'峰明顯增大。結(jié)果還發(fā)現(xiàn),"樁釘結(jié)構(gòu)"激光表面改性后,噴涂態(tài)YSZ熱障涂層的平均結(jié)合性能由7.3 MPa增大到13.3 MPa;"樁釘結(jié)構(gòu)"YSZ涂層的隔熱性能比噴涂態(tài)的隔熱性能有所下降,這是由于激光表面改性導(dǎo)致陶瓷層組織結(jié)構(gòu)改變所造成的。
[Abstract]:In this experiment, yttrium oxide partially stabilized zirconia (YSZ) thermal barrier coating was deposited on the surface of nickel base superalloy with NiCoCrAlYTa bonding layer by atmospheric plasma spraying (APS). Then the surface of the thermal barrier coating was treated by selective laser surface modification with Nd:YAG pulse laser. Finally, the spraying state and "pile nail structure" were modified by laser Y. The microstructure and properties of the SZ coating are analyzed and studied. The results show that the surface roughness of the cell surface modified by the selective laser surface is obviously reduced, the surface pores are basically eliminated, and the split mesh crack perpendicular to the surface is formed. The laser modified "pile nail structure" also contains columnar and equiaxed crystal tissue.XRD points. It is found that the non balanced Quartet phase T'is contained in the sprayed and PEG structure units. However, after the laser modification, the monoclinic M in the spray state disappears and the T' peak in the 72 degree ~76 degree increases obviously. The results also show that the average bonding properties of the sprayed YSZ thermal barrier coating are increased from 7.3 MPa to 13.3 M after the "pile nail structure" laser surface modification. Pa, the thermal insulation performance of the "pile nail structure" YSZ coating is lower than that of the spraying state, which is due to the change of the laser surface modification to the microstructure of the ceramic layer.
