【摘要】:利用MMD-1型銷盤式磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī),采用OM、SEM和EDS研究不同負(fù)載對(duì)Sr變質(zhì)ADC12合金的摩擦磨損性能的影響,并探究其與合金顯微組織及力學(xué)性能的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)添加0.05%Sr(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))時(shí),合金顯微組織中共晶Si相以顆粒狀或纖維狀均勻分布在晶界,富鐵相則呈短棒狀,此時(shí)合金力學(xué)性能最佳,且同一負(fù)載下其磨損量和摩擦因數(shù)均最低。當(dāng)負(fù)載為100N時(shí),因受到嚴(yán)重?cái)D壓變形,合金表面氧化膜發(fā)生破壞;基體合金以塑性屈服和嚴(yán)重剝層磨損為主要磨損機(jī)理;而當(dāng)Sr添加量為0.05%時(shí),合金的磨損程度最低,以粘著磨損和磨粒磨損為主要磨損機(jī)理,其摩擦磨損性能最優(yōu)異。
[Abstract]:The effects of different loads on the friction and wear properties of Sr modified ADC12 alloy were studied by using MMD-1 type pin disk wear tester with OMSEM and EDS, and the relationship between them and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy was investigated. The results show that the eutectic Si phase in the microstructure of the alloy distributes uniformly in the grain boundary as granular or fibrous when the addition of 0.05 Sr (mass fraction) is added, and the rich iron phase is in the shape of a short rod, and the mechanical properties of the alloy are the best. Under the same load, the wear and friction coefficient are the lowest. When the load is 100N, the oxide film on the alloy surface is destroyed due to the severe extrusion deformation, the main wear mechanism of the alloy is plastic yield and serious delamination wear, while the wear degree of the alloy is the lowest when Sr addition is 0.05%. Adhesive wear and abrasive wear are the main wear mechanisms, the friction and wear performance is the best.
