塊體金屬材料微波加熱方法及效應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:本文采用表面涂覆微波吸收涂層的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)了塊體金屬的微波快速加熱,研究了不同微波吸收涂層試樣的微波加熱曲線(xiàn),以及與傳統(tǒng)加熱相比微波加熱后TC4鈦合金顯微組織與力學(xué)性能的特點(diǎn)。研究結(jié)果表明:在保證涂料流動(dòng)性的前提下,對(duì)于單一 SiC涂層,隨涂料中SiC含量的提高,微波加熱效果也隨之提高。當(dāng)SiC的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)約為73%時(shí),金屬塊體材料的微波加熱效果最佳,但整體上其加熱能力有限,加熱20 mins后,試樣的最高溫度僅能達(dá)到730℃。而Al2O3的混入可以進(jìn)一步提高吸波涂層高溫段的加熱能力,當(dāng)Al2O3與SiC的質(zhì)量比為3:2時(shí),加熱效果最好;在測(cè)試條件下(t=15mins),樣品可以被快速加熱到設(shè)定溫度(800℃),其加熱效率明顯優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)的加熱方式。通過(guò)對(duì)TC4鈦合金分別經(jīng)微波加熱、常規(guī)加熱固溶淬火處理后的顯微組織進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果表明:微波加熱后的TC4鈦合金的平均晶粒尺寸約為6.59μm,明顯小于常規(guī)加熱的12.60μm,這是由于微波加熱的速度快,晶粒在高溫區(qū)停留的時(shí)間比較短,則晶粒長(zhǎng)大的時(shí)間也較短。由此可以證明,與現(xiàn)有的傳統(tǒng)加熱方法相比,微波加熱可使塊體金屬具有更細(xì)的晶粒度。分別對(duì)TC4鈦合金在微波加熱和常規(guī)加熱固溶淬火處理后的力學(xué)性能分析可知,微波加熱處理后材料的強(qiáng)度及塑性均高于常規(guī)加熱處理后的材料。其中:TC4鈦合金的屈服強(qiáng)度提高了21.87%,延伸率提高了 17.28%,斷面收縮率提高了 11.91%。對(duì)TC4鈦合金室溫?cái)嗫诘慕M織形貌進(jìn)行觀察分析可知,微波加熱后的試樣拉伸斷口的韌窩尺寸、深度比常規(guī)加熱后的韌窩均有明顯增加,故而呈現(xiàn)出更好的塑性與韌性。
[Abstract]:Microwave rapid heating of bulk metal was realized by microwave absorbing coating on the surface. The microwave heating curves of different microwave absorbing coating samples were studied. The microstructure and mechanical properties of TC4 titanium alloy after microwave heating are also discussed. The results show that the effect of microwave heating on the single SiC coating is improved with the increase of SiC content in the coating under the premise of ensuring the fluidity of the coating. When the mass fraction of SiC is about 73, the microwave heating effect of the metal bulk material is the best, but its heating ability is limited on the whole. After 20 mins heating, the maximum temperature of the sample can only reach 730 鈩,
