30MN缸梁一體式液壓擠壓機(jī)設(shè)計與分析

【摘要】:金屬擠壓加工是金屬壓力加工的主要成形工藝之一,適用于多種金屬及其合金的擠壓生產(chǎn),是型材、管材和線材的主要加工方法,其產(chǎn)品在建筑、航空、交通、通信等領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。因此,擠壓加工技術(shù)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中占有極其重要的地位。擠壓機(jī)是擠壓加工的主要裝備,缸梁一體式液壓機(jī)是液壓缸與主橫梁合二為一的新型壓力機(jī),它結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、質(zhì)量小、制造成本較低、便于運(yùn)輸,特別適合于千噸以上壓力機(jī)的制造與應(yīng)用。本課題的主要任務(wù)是對30MN缸梁一體式液壓擠壓機(jī)相關(guān)參數(shù)進(jìn)行理論計算,完成本體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,并對其進(jìn)行有限元分析校核。論文基于液壓機(jī)的設(shè)計理論,參考已有液壓擠壓機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)和設(shè)計經(jīng)驗,提出了30MN缸梁一體式臥式液壓擠壓機(jī)的基本設(shè)計方案。對擠壓機(jī)的本體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計,對主工作缸、主回程缸、穿孔缸等相關(guān)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計與計算。采用MARC軟件對缸梁一體式主工作缸進(jìn)行了有限元分析,對主工作缸工作過程中的各向應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變和位移等參數(shù)進(jìn)行了分析,各性能參數(shù)滿足相關(guān)設(shè)計要求,并采用Pro/E軟件對擠壓機(jī)進(jìn)行了三維建模,對擠壓機(jī)的工作過程進(jìn)行了仿真。本文所設(shè)計的30MN缸梁一體式液壓擠壓機(jī)可為緊湊型大型噸位擠壓機(jī)設(shè)計提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:Metal extrusion is one of the main forming processes of metal pressure processing. It is suitable for extrusion production of many kinds of metals and its alloys. It is the main processing method of profile, pipe and wire, and its products are used in construction, aviation and transportation. Communication and other fields have a wide range of applications. Therefore, extrusion processing technology plays an extremely important role in the national economy. Extrusion press is the main equipment for extrusion processing. The cylinder beam hydraulic press is a new type of press which combines the hydraulic cylinder and the main beam. It has compact structure, small quality, low manufacturing cost and easy transportation. It is especially suitable for the manufacture and application of the press over 1000 tons. The main task of this paper is to calculate the related parameters of 30MN cylinder beam hydraulic extruder, complete the design of body structure, and carry out finite element analysis and verification. Based on the design theory of hydraulic press and referring to the structure and design experience of hydraulic extruder, this paper puts forward the basic design scheme of 30MN cylinder beam horizontal hydraulic extruder. The main working cylinder, main return cylinder and perforated cylinder are designed and calculated. The finite element analysis of the integral cylinder of cylinder beam is carried out by using MARC software. The parameters of stress, strain and displacement in the working process of the main cylinder are analyzed, and the performance parameters meet the relevant design requirements. The three-dimensional model of the extruder was built by Pro/E software, and the working process of the extruder was simulated. The 30MN cylinder beam hydraulic extruder designed in this paper can provide some reference for the design of compact large tonnage extruder.
