【摘要】:采用真空技術(shù)對(duì)TC4鈦合金螺栓進(jìn)行表面滲氮。運(yùn)用金相顯微鏡、XRD、顯微硬度計(jì)、磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)及疲勞試驗(yàn)機(jī)研究了滲氮層的顯微組織和性能。在相同條件下進(jìn)行磨損及微動(dòng)疲勞試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,鈦合金螺栓經(jīng)820℃真空滲氮10 h后,滲氮層物相主要由Ti N、Ti2Al N和Ti3Al組成,獲得了由氮化物層和氮擴(kuò)散區(qū)組成的致密滲氮層。表面硬度為1100~1200 HV,與基體硬度相比,提高了近3倍,硬化層深度達(dá)60~70μm。滲氮試樣磨損失重為未滲氮試樣的1/3,表面磨痕細(xì)密,平均微動(dòng)疲勞壽命提到了20.2%。TC4鈦合金螺栓經(jīng)真空滲氮后,硬度、耐磨性和微動(dòng)疲勞壽命得到了明顯改善。
[Abstract]:The surface nitriding of TC4 titanium alloy bolt was carried out by vacuum technology. The microstructure and properties of nitriding layer were studied by means of metallographic microscope XRD microhardness tester wear tester and fatigue tester. Wear and fretting fatigue tests were carried out under the same conditions. The results show that the phase of nitriding layer is mainly composed of Ti2AlN and Ti3Al after vacuum nitriding at 820 鈩,
