抗菌仿生多孔鈦植入體的成骨性能(英文)

【摘要】:采用冷凍鑄造和熱氧化法制備一種新型兼具抗菌功能和良好骨整合性能的表面改性仿生多孔鈦植入體。通過細(xì)胞增殖實(shí)驗(yàn)、堿性磷酸酶(AKP)活性水平測定實(shí)驗(yàn)、X線檢測及骨硬組織切片等體內(nèi)外成骨實(shí)驗(yàn)方法評(píng)價(jià)多孔鈦植入體的骨整合性能。結(jié)果顯示,隨著植入體與體外細(xì)胞共培養(yǎng)時(shí)間的延長,表面納米改性后多孔鈦實(shí)驗(yàn)組的體外細(xì)胞增殖、分化活性水平較未表面納米改性的多孔鈦和致密鈦對(duì)照組明顯升高(P0.05);隨著在動(dòng)物體內(nèi)植入時(shí)間的延長,處理和未處理多孔鈦實(shí)驗(yàn)組孔隙中有骨長入和成骨現(xiàn)象,而且成骨細(xì)胞在處理組孔隙中分化程度更加成熟?咕律嗫租佒踩塍w能與骨組織形成牢固的生物性骨嵌合,具有良好的骨整合性能。
[Abstract]:A new surface modified porous titanium implant with antibacterial function and good bone integration was prepared by freezing casting and thermal oxidation. The bone integration of porous titanium implants was evaluated by cell proliferation assay, alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity test, X-ray examination and osteogenesis in vitro and in vivo. The results showed that with the prolongation of the co-culture time between the implant and the cells in vitro, the proliferation of porous titanium cells was observed in vitro. The differentiation activity level of porous titanium and dense titanium group was significantly higher than that of porous titanium and compact titanium group, and with the prolongation of implantation time in animals, bone growth and osteogenesis were observed in porous and untreated porous titanium experimental groups. Moreover, the differentiation of osteoblasts in the pores of the treatment group was more mature. Antibacterial biomimetic porous titanium implants are capable of forming a solid biological bone chimera with bone tissue and have good bone integration performance.
