噴嘴結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)微等離子弧輸出特性影響的數(shù)值仿真與驗(yàn)證

【摘要】:通過數(shù)值模擬和試驗(yàn)研究相結(jié)合的方法,在考慮微等離子噴槍噴嘴結(jié)構(gòu)的條件下,建立了大氣壓下脈沖放電微等離子弧的數(shù)值模型,重點(diǎn)研究了噴嘴孔徑、噴嘴工件距、陰極內(nèi)縮量以及電流大小對(duì)微等離子弧的影響,并通過光譜儀來表征微等離子弧作用的溫度分布。結(jié)果表明:噴嘴結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)微等離子弧的形成與穩(wěn)定有重要影響:在有效壓縮距離點(diǎn)內(nèi),噴嘴孔徑的減小以及噴嘴工件距離的縮近才對(duì)工件溫度的提高有顯著影響;一定范圍內(nèi),工件的溫度隨電流的增大而增大;陰極內(nèi)縮量對(duì)工件的溫度影響不大。微等離子弧溫度場(chǎng)的數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果與光譜儀測(cè)量結(jié)果基本一致,驗(yàn)證了模型的可靠性。
[Abstract]:The numerical model of pulse discharge microplasma arc under atmospheric pressure was established by combining numerical simulation and experimental study. The nozzle aperture and nozzle workpiece distance were studied. The effect of the amount of condensation in the cathode and the current on the microplasma arc is studied. The temperature distribution of the microplasma arc is characterized by spectrometer. The results show that the structure of the nozzle has an important effect on the formation and stability of the microplasma arc: in the effective compression distance, the decrease of nozzle aperture and the reduction of the distance between the nozzle and the workpiece have a significant effect on the increase of the temperature of the workpiece, and within a certain range, The temperature of the workpiece increases with the increase of current, and the amount of condensation in the cathode has little effect on the temperature of the workpiece. The numerical simulation results of the microplasma arc temperature field are in good agreement with the measured results of the spectrometer, which verifies the reliability of the model.
