高鎳鉻鑄鋼軋輥加工用聚晶立方氮化硼刀片的制備與性能

【摘要】:以鋁鈦化合物為黏結(jié)劑,制備了立方氮化硼體積分?jǐn)?shù)為80%的聚晶立方氮化硼刀片,研究了其顯微組織、硬度、磨損性能和切削加工性能,并與同類產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。結(jié)果表明:所制刀片的顯微硬度達(dá)到3 127 HV,顯微組織分布均勻,后刀面磨損高度為0.28 mm,與同類產(chǎn)品的相當(dāng);斷續(xù)切削時(shí)達(dá)到3.2萬次沖擊不崩刃,優(yōu)于同類產(chǎn)品;在粗加工時(shí),該刀片切削軋輥數(shù)量比同類產(chǎn)品的高出23%以上,在精加工時(shí)其單刃切削行程高出17%以上。
[Abstract]:Polycrystalline cubic boron nitride inserts with 80% cubic boron nitride were prepared by using aluminum and titanium compounds as binders. The microstructure, hardness, wear properties and cutting and processing properties of polycrystalline cubic boron nitride inserts were studied and compared with similar products. The results show that the microhardness of the blade is 3 127HVV, the microstructure of the blade is uniform, the wear height of the rear face is 0.28mm, which is equivalent to that of the similar products, and the impact of intermittent cutting is 32000 times, which is superior to that of the similar products. The number of cutting rollers of this blade is more than 23% higher than that of the similar products, and the cutting stroke of single blade is more than 17% higher than that of the same product during finishing.
