YG8硬質(zhì)合金與45鋼非晶釬焊行為

【摘要】:為改善YG8硬質(zhì)合金與45鋼的焊接性能,采用Cu_(39.37)Ti_(32.19)Zr_(19.38)Ni_(9.06)(at%)非晶態(tài)釬料對(duì)YG8硬質(zhì)合金和45鋼進(jìn)行釬焊。通過XRD、SEM、萬能試驗(yàn)機(jī)對(duì)釬料的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)以及釬焊接頭形貌、析出相和力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:在一定釬焊溫度下,隨釬焊時(shí)間的增加,接頭強(qiáng)度逐漸減小,有明顯的裂紋,且裂紋在YG8硬質(zhì)合金一側(cè)反應(yīng)層中萌生并擴(kuò)展。在釬焊溫度900℃,釬焊時(shí)間10 min時(shí)獲得的抗拉強(qiáng)度最高,約為250 MPa。焊接頭強(qiáng)度與YG8硬質(zhì)合金一側(cè)形成的反應(yīng)層厚度有關(guān)。通過計(jì)算得到了反應(yīng)層厚度形成的激活能Q和反應(yīng)層生長速度A_0。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the weldability of YG8 cemented carbide and 45 steel, the YG8 cemented carbide and 45 steel were brazed with YG8 cemented carbide and 45 steel.The microstructure, morphology, precipitate phase and mechanical properties of brazing joint were analyzed by XRDX SEM and universal testing machine.The results show that with the increase of brazing time, the strength of the joint decreases and there are obvious cracks at a certain brazing temperature, and the crack initiation and propagation in the reaction layer on the side of the YG8 cemented carbide.When the brazing temperature is 900 鈩,
