FeTiNbMoW高熵合金的組織和性能

【摘要】:為了研究一種能夠吸收γ射線的含W合金的性能,按照等摩爾比設(shè)計(jì)了一種FeTiNbMoW五組元高熵合金.利用X射線衍射儀、掃描電子顯微鏡、能譜儀、顯微硬度計(jì)、密度儀和萬能力學(xué)試驗(yàn)機(jī)對(duì)合金的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)、微觀組織、成分、硬度、密度和壓縮性能進(jìn)行了分析.結(jié)果表明,FeTiNbMoW高熵合金組織由簡單BCC固溶體基體和分布其上的少量金屬間化合物組成.BCC結(jié)構(gòu)的實(shí)際晶格常數(shù)為0.315 5 nm,組織形貌為典型枝晶組織.枝晶硬度和枝晶間硬度分別為830.05和793.04 HV.合金的實(shí)測密度為10.7 g/cm3,略高于其理論值10.21 g/cm3.室溫下合金的抗壓強(qiáng)度和對(duì)應(yīng)塑性應(yīng)變分別為604 MPa和3.19%.合金呈粉末性斷裂,其斷裂機(jī)制為解理斷裂.
[Abstract]:In order to study the properties of a W-containing alloy capable of absorbing 緯 -ray, a five-component high entropy FeTiNbMoW alloy was designed according to the equal molar ratio.The crystal structure, microstructure, composition, hardness, density and compressive properties of the alloy were analyzed by means of X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope, energy spectrometer, microhardness tester, densitometer and universal mechanical tester.The results show that the microstructure of FeTiNbMoW high entropy alloy consists of a simple BCC solid solution matrix and a small amount of intermetallic compounds distributed on it. The actual lattice constant of the structure is 0.315 nm, and the microstructure is a typical dendritic structure.The dendritic hardness and interdendritic hardness were 830.05 and 793.04 HV, respectively.The measured density of the alloy is 10.7 g / cm ~ (-3), slightly higher than its theoretical value of 10.21 g / cm ~ (3).The compressive strength and plastic strain of the alloy at room temperature are 604 MPa and 3.19 respectively.The alloy shows powder fracture and its fracture mechanism is cleavage fracture.
