新型硬質(zhì)合金微坑車刀切削能對(duì)比研究與預(yù)測(cè)

【摘要】:切削能絕大部分會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)化為切削熱,進(jìn)而直接影響切削溫度,因此研究切削能的產(chǎn)生、傳遞與轉(zhuǎn)化對(duì)切削溫度的研究尤顯重要.本文以304不銹鋼專用新型硬質(zhì)合金微坑車刀創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)為例,通過對(duì)新型微坑車刀和原車刀切削過程的切削能比較研究,建立車刀切削過程切削能與前刀面溫度的關(guān)系模型,開展新型微坑車刀剪切能和摩擦能的預(yù)測(cè)研究和切削實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證.研究結(jié)果表明,用實(shí)際生產(chǎn)推薦切削參數(shù),干式切削情況下,新型硬質(zhì)合金微坑車刀相比原車刀,輸入能量降低8.96%,剪切能降低10.50%,摩擦能降低5.32%;刀具前刀面的切削溫度與剪切能和摩擦能呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系;所建立切削能預(yù)測(cè)模型可為復(fù)雜切削條件下的切削能預(yù)測(cè)及前刀面切削溫度研究提供參照.
[Abstract]:Most of the cutting energy will be transformed into cutting heat, which will directly affect the cutting temperature. Therefore, the research on the generation, transfer and transformation of cutting energy is particularly important to the study of cutting temperature.This paper takes the innovative design of a new type of cemented carbide micro-pit turning tool for 304 stainless steel as an example. By comparing the cutting energy between the new type micro-pit turning tool and the original turning tool, a model of the relationship between the cutting energy and the front cutting surface temperature is established.The prediction of shear energy and friction energy of new micro crater turning tools and the experimental verification of cutting are carried out.The results show that the new cemented carbide micro-crater turning tool is compared with the original turning tool under the condition of dry cutting and recommended cutting parameters by actual production.The input energy is reduced by 8.96, the shear energy is reduced by 10.50 and the friction energy is reduced by 5.32.The cutting temperature of the cutting face is positively correlated with the shear energy and the friction energy.The prediction model of cutting energy can be used as a reference for the prediction of cutting energy under complex cutting conditions and the study of cutting temperature on the front cutting face.
