Al對稀土處理C-Mn鋼連續(xù)冷卻組織轉變的影響

【摘要】:研究Al預脫氧對Ce處理鋼夾雜物和顯微組織的影響,利用熱力學計算、帶能譜的掃描電鏡和DIL805A熱膨脹儀檢測進行了對比研究。得到如下結論:Ce處理后鋼中的主要夾雜物從MnS轉變?yōu)镃e2O2S+MnS,Al脫氧能使Ce處理鋼中夾雜物轉變?yōu)镃eAlO3+Ce2S3+MnS。Ce處理C-Mn鋼連續(xù)冷卻過程有利于獲得晶內鐵素體的冷速為2~8℃/s。Al脫氧能改變誘導晶內鐵素體形核的核心夾雜物種類,誘導鐵素體形核的能力降低,且Al能夠使Ce處理鋼連續(xù)冷卻組織轉變(CCT)曲線向左上方移動,促進鐵素體在晶界形核,不利于Ce處理后晶內鐵素體的形成。Al脫氧Ce處理C-Mn鋼在冷速為2~5℃/s時,由于夾雜物核心成分的改變與Al合金化作用導致晶內鐵素體含量較未用Al脫氧Ce處理鋼少。
[Abstract]:The effect of Al predeoxidation on the inclusion and microstructure of ce treated steel was studied. The thermodynamics calculation, scanning electron microscope with energy dispersive spectrum and DIL805A thermal expansion instrument were used to compare and study the effect of Al predeoxidation on the inclusion and microstructure of ce treated steel.It is concluded that the main inclusions in the steel treated with: ce can deoxidize from MnS to Ce2O2S MNS Al so that the inclusion in ce treated steel can be transformed into CeAlO3 Ce2S3 MnS.Ce treatment C-Mn steel during continuous cooling process, and the cooling rate of ferrite in crystal can be obtained at 2? 8 鈩,
