鈦合金專用樹脂CBN磨具的制備與磨削性能的研究

【摘要】:鈦合金是一種典型的難磨金屬材料。砂輪粘附嚴(yán)重、磨削溫度較高,是鈦合金磨削加工亟待解決的兩個問題。樹脂CBN磨具由于CBN磨料硬度高、強(qiáng)度大、穩(wěn)定性好,結(jié)合劑強(qiáng)度和硬度可調(diào)范圍較廣,適合應(yīng)用于鈦合金材料的精磨加工。本文將開展鈦合金專用樹脂CBN磨具的制備及鈦合金磨削加工的研究,以尋求潤滑性能好、導(dǎo)熱散熱吸熱效果良好的磨削加工工具,改善磨削過程中的磨具粘附、工件燒傷的問題,并用熱分析及電鏡等手段進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)表征。本文以樹脂CBN磨具配方為基礎(chǔ),研究了其混料工藝、裝模工藝、熱壓工藝以及固化工藝,確定了制備樹脂CBN磨具的最佳工藝流程。以固體潤滑劑和熱吸收劑為研究對象,選用固體潤滑劑:石墨、HBN、PTFE,熱吸收劑:硬脂酸鋇、鋁鎂水滑石,分別添加不同含量到樹脂CBN磨具中,對磨具進(jìn)行力學(xué)性能分析以及磨削性能研究。同時以水和煤油為磨削液,分別對添加HBN的樹脂CBN磨具以及添加PTFE的樹脂CBN磨具進(jìn)行磨削性能考察。研究結(jié)果表明:以石墨為潤滑劑的配方,石墨添加量為8g的磨具磨削比為3.80,摩擦力為35.70N,摩擦系數(shù)為0.27,具有最高的磨削比,摩擦力和摩擦系數(shù)最小,能夠平穩(wěn)順利的進(jìn)行磨削,磨具無粘附,工件未燒傷。以HBN為潤滑劑的配方,HBN添加量為8g的磨具磨削比為3.64,摩擦力為29.86N,摩擦系數(shù)為0.22,具有最高的磨削比,摩擦系數(shù)和摩擦力最小,磨削過程平穩(wěn)順利,磨具無粘附,工件未燒傷。以PTFE為潤滑劑的配方中,PTFE添加量為4g時的磨具磨削比為3.51,摩擦力為31.69N,摩擦系數(shù)為0.23,具有最高的磨削比,磨削過程平穩(wěn)順利,磨具無粘附,工件未燒傷,工件去除率最高。對比三個系列潤滑劑配方的磨削性能,PTFE系列磨具的潤滑效果最好,HBN次之。以硬脂酸鋇為熱吸收劑的磨具的硬度和強(qiáng)度會大幅下降,影響磨具的正常使用。以鋁鎂水滑石為熱吸收劑的配方,水滑石添加量為6g的磨具磨削比為4.00,摩擦力為41.64N,摩擦系數(shù)為0.31,具有最高的磨削比,磨削過程平穩(wěn)順利,磨削過程發(fā)熱不明顯,磨具無粘附,工件未燒傷。以HBN為潤滑劑的磨具,使用水作為磨削液磨削TC4鈦合金,其磨削比要比使用煤油作為磨削液的磨削比要高。以PTFE為潤滑劑的磨具,使用煤油作為磨削液磨削TC4鈦合金,其磨削比要比使用水作為磨削液的磨削比要高。PTFE系列磨具在以煤油為磨削液磨削TC4鈦合金,工件磨削面光潔度最佳。
[Abstract]:Titanium alloy is a typical refractory metal material.Grinding wheel adhesion and high grinding temperature are two urgent problems to be solved in titanium alloy grinding.Due to the high hardness, high strength and good stability of the CBN abrasive, the resin CBN abrasive has a wide range of adjustable strength and hardness, so it is suitable for the precision grinding of titanium alloy materials.In this paper, the preparation of special resin CBN grinding tool for titanium alloy and the grinding process of titanium alloy will be studied in order to find the grinding tool with good lubricity and good heat transfer and heat absorption effect, and to improve the adhesion of grinding tool in grinding process.The problem of workpiece burn was characterized by thermal analysis and electron microscope.Based on the formula of resin CBN abrasives, the mixing process, molding process, hot pressing process and curing process were studied, and the optimum technological process of preparing resin CBN abrasive tools was determined.Taking solid lubricant and heat absorbent as the research object, solid lubricant: graphite HBN (PTFEE), thermal absorbent: barium stearate, aluminum magnesium hydrotalcite were added to resin CBN abrasives with different contents, respectively.The mechanical properties and grinding properties of abrasive tools are analyzed.At the same time, the grinding performance of resin CBN abrasives with HBN and resin CBN abrasives with PTFE were investigated with water and kerosene as grinding fluid.The results show that with graphite as lubricant, the grinding ratio of grinding tool with 8 g graphite is 3.80, the friction force is 35.70 N, the friction coefficient is 0.27, and the grinding ratio is the highest, the friction force and friction coefficient are minimum, and the grinding can be carried out smoothly and smoothly.There is no adhesion to the abrasive and the workpiece is not burned.The grinding ratio, friction force and friction coefficient of grinding tool with 8 g additive of HBN as lubricant are 3.64, 29.86Nand 0.22 respectively. It has the highest grinding ratio, minimum friction coefficient and friction force, smooth grinding process, no adhesion of grinding tool and no burn of workpiece.In the formula with PTFE as lubricant, the grinding ratio is 3.51, the friction force is 31.69 N, the friction coefficient is 0.23, the grinding process is smooth, the grinding tool is not adhered, the workpiece is not burned, and the removal rate of the workpiece is the highest.Compared with the grinding performance of three series lubricant formulations, the lubricating effect of PTFE series abrasive tools is better than that of HBN.The hardness and strength of abrasives with barium stearate as heat absorbent will be decreased greatly, which will affect the normal use of abrasive tools.With aluminum-magnesium hydrotalcite as heat absorbent, the grinding ratio of grinding tool with 6 g of hydrotalcite is 4.00, the friction force is 41.64N, the friction coefficient is 0.31, the grinding process is smooth and smooth, the heat of grinding process is not obvious, and the grinding tool has no adhesion.The workpiece is not burned.The grinding ratio of TC4 titanium alloy grinding with HBN as lubricant and water as grinding fluid is higher than that with kerosene as grinding fluid.The grinding ratio of TC4 titanium alloy grinding with PTFE as lubricant and kerosene as grinding fluid is higher than that with water. The grinding surface finish of workpiece is the best when kerosene is used as grinding fluid.
