【摘要】：采用分子動力學方法對不同冷速下液態(tài)金屬鎂(Mg)快速凝固過程中的微觀結(jié)構演變進行了模擬研究.并采用能量-溫度(E-T)曲線、雙體分布函數(shù)、Honeycutt-Andersen鍵型指數(shù)法、原子團簇類型指數(shù)法(CTIM-3)以及三維可視化等方法系統(tǒng)地考察了凝固過程中微觀結(jié)構演變與相轉(zhuǎn)變過程.結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):在以冷速為1×10~(11)K/s的凝固過程中,亞穩(wěn)態(tài)bcc相優(yōu)先形成,隨后大量解體,其變化規(guī)律符合Ostwald規(guī)則,系統(tǒng)最終形成以hcp結(jié)構為主體與fcc結(jié)構共存,中間還夾雜部分bcc結(jié)構的致密晶體結(jié)構.在1×10~(12)K/s冷速下,結(jié)晶過程呈現(xiàn)遲緩現(xiàn)象,形成bcc結(jié)構的初始溫度降低,系統(tǒng)形成以hcp居多、與bcc和fcc三相共存的結(jié)構,且因相互競爭、相互制約而導致不易形成粗大的晶粒結(jié)構.而在1×10~(13)K/s冷速下,系統(tǒng)則形成以1551,1541,1431鍵型為主的多種非晶態(tài)基本原子團組成的非晶態(tài)結(jié)構.此外,在冷速1×10~(12)與1×10~(13)K/s之間的確存在一個形成非晶態(tài)結(jié)構的臨界冷速.
[Abstract]:The microstructure evolution of liquid magnesium magnesium (mg) during rapid solidification at different cooling rates was simulated by molecular dynamics method.The evolution of microstructure and phase transition during solidification were systematically investigated by means of energy-temperature E-T curve, double body distribution function Honeyson-Andersen bond index method, atomic cluster type index method CTIM-3) and three-dimensional visualization.The results show that the metastable bcc phase is formed preferentially in the solidification process with a cooling rate of 1 脳 10~(11)K/s, and then disintegrates in large numbers, and its variation law conforms to the Ostwald rule. The system finally forms a system in which the hcp structure is the main body and the fcc structure coexists.The dense crystal structure of the bcc structure is also embedded in the middle.At the cooling rate of 1 脳 10~(12)K/s, the crystallization process is slow and the initial temperature of the formation of bcc structure decreases. The system is composed of hcp, which coexists with bcc and fcc, and is not easy to form coarse grain structure due to mutual competition and mutual restriction.At a cooling rate of 1 脳 10~(13)K/s, the amorphous structure of the system is composed of a variety of amorphous basic clusters, which are mainly composed of 1551 / 1541 / 1431 bond type.In addition, there is a critical cooling rate of amorphous structure between 1 脳 10 ~ (12) and 1 脳 10~(13)K/s.
