多道次熱軋模擬過程中Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr合金的再結(jié)晶特征(英文)

【摘要】:采用Gleeble-1500D熱模擬試驗機(jī)根據(jù)設(shè)計的軋制工藝對7055合金進(jìn)行多道次熱壓縮試驗,模擬其企業(yè)熱軋過程,采用電子背散射衍射和透射電鏡研究了再結(jié)晶特征。在不同變形條件下,表現(xiàn)出不同的再結(jié)晶機(jī)制,主要動態(tài)再結(jié)晶機(jī)制有連續(xù)動態(tài)再結(jié)晶和幾何動態(tài)再結(jié)晶。前者的形核機(jī)制主要為原始晶界弓出形核和亞晶合并形核;后者歸因于嚴(yán)重的不均勻變形。在道次間的間隙期間,靜態(tài)再結(jié)晶發(fā)生。另外,尺寸大于1μm的第二相也促進(jìn)再結(jié)晶。
[Abstract]:The multi-pass hot compression test of 7055 alloy was carried out by Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation machine according to the designed rolling technology. The hot rolling process of 7055 alloy was simulated. The recrystallization characteristics were studied by electron backscattering diffraction and transmission electron microscope.Under different deformation conditions, different recrystallization mechanisms were observed. The main dynamic recrystallization mechanisms were continuous dynamic recrystallization and geometric dynamic recrystallization.The nucleation mechanism of the former is mainly the primary grain boundary arcuate nucleation and the subcrystalline amalgamation nucleation, while the latter is attributed to serious inhomogeneous deformation.Static recrystallization occurs during the interpass gap.In addition, the second phase larger than 1 渭 m also promotes recrystallization.
