熱處理工藝對(duì)新型熱作模具鋼性能的影響

【摘要】:通過添加Cr、Mo、Ni、W、V等元素,設(shè)計(jì)和制備了熱作模具鋼樣品。研究了熱處理工藝對(duì)熱作模具鋼性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:1025℃淬火+550℃回火后的模具鋼樣品性能最佳,其抗拉強(qiáng)度為1785.1 MPa,屈服強(qiáng)度為1573.1MPa,硬度為50.9 HRC。當(dāng)試驗(yàn)溫度為600℃時(shí),該樣品抗拉強(qiáng)度為1272.5 MPa;試驗(yàn)溫度為550℃時(shí),該樣品硬度值為402.5 HV。試樣斷口分布有大量的韌窩和很少的準(zhǔn)解理形貌,表明模具鋼有較高的強(qiáng)度和韌性。
