熱處理對(duì)304不銹鋼板激光焊接接頭組織和力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:采用YAG脈沖激光焊對(duì)304不銹鋼薄板進(jìn)行了搭接焊接,焊后并進(jìn)行了不同工藝的熱處理,分析了熱處理工藝對(duì)焊接接頭組織、硬度和抗拉強(qiáng)度的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:對(duì)焊接試樣進(jìn)行1000℃保溫60min水冷(固溶處理)后,焊縫中心顯微組織呈等軸晶,組織細(xì)小分布均勻,焊縫邊緣呈柱狀晶,垂直熔合線向中心延伸。焊縫區(qū)平均硬度達(dá)到216.4HV,接頭抗拉強(qiáng)度為375MPa,遠(yuǎn)高于其他熱處理工藝的接頭抗拉強(qiáng)度。采用該熱處理工藝,焊縫質(zhì)量較好,具有較高的力學(xué)性能。
[Abstract]:YAG pulse laser welding was used to weld 304 stainless steel sheet. After welding, the effect of heat treatment on the microstructure, hardness and tensile strength of the welded joint was analyzed.The results show that the microstructure of the weld is equiaxed, the microstructure is uniform, the edge of the weld is columnar, and the vertical fusion line extends to the center after 1000 鈩,
