亞共析鋼片狀滲碳體球化行為及軋制變形量的影響

【摘要】:結(jié)合實(shí)際生產(chǎn)S35C成分精沖鋼,討論了亞共析熱軋鋼板片狀滲碳體的退火球化行為及轉(zhuǎn)變機(jī)制,并采用Gleeble熱模擬試驗(yàn)機(jī)研究了熱軋和冷軋變形量對(duì)精沖鋼片狀滲碳體快速球化效果的影響。結(jié)果表明,與850℃30%應(yīng)變量相比,60%大變形量可有效細(xì)化組織,促進(jìn)層片狀珠光體斷裂,顯著加快熱軋板球化速率,提高粒狀滲碳體的均勻分布。冷軋大變形也有利于片狀滲碳體的快速球化退火,但50%過(guò)高應(yīng)變量會(huì)導(dǎo)致鋼板退火后難以消除加工硬化,S35C精沖鋼冷軋合適的變形量約在40%。
