Cu含量對(duì)高溫相變材料Al-Cu合金熱特性的影響

【摘要】:高溫相變材料Al-Cu合金是蓄熱性能最好的太陽(yáng)能儲(chǔ)存材料之一,而Cu含量對(duì)其熱特性影響的相關(guān)研究未見報(bào)道。采用差示掃描量熱法(DSC)和激光脈沖法(LFA)研究了Cu含量在7.4%~51.7%范圍內(nèi)的Al-Cu合金相變材料的相變溫度、相變潛熱、比熱容、熱擴(kuò)散系數(shù)和熱導(dǎo)率,并結(jié)合其金相組織對(duì)熱力學(xué)性能變化規(guī)律的內(nèi)在機(jī)理進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果顯示,當(dāng)Cu含量在7.4%~51.7%范圍內(nèi)時(shí),Al-Cu合金的相變溫度在524.4~645.9℃范圍內(nèi);隨Cu含量的增加,Al-Cu合金的質(zhì)量潛熱呈遞減趨勢(shì),而體積潛熱卻呈上升趨勢(shì)。Al-7.4%Cu在熔化和凝固過程具有最大的質(zhì)量潛熱,分別為339.6、343.5 kJ·kg~(-1)。Al-51.7%Cu在熔化和凝固過程具有最大的體積潛熱,分別為1179、1143 MJ·m~(-3)。當(dāng)Cu含量在7.4%~51.7%范圍內(nèi)時(shí),Al-Cu合金的比熱容隨Cu含量的增加呈遞減趨勢(shì);當(dāng)溫度在25~500℃范圍內(nèi)時(shí),Al-Cu合金的比熱容隨溫度升高呈遞增趨勢(shì)。Al-7.4%Cu的比熱容在25℃時(shí)為0.85 J·g~(-1)·K~(-1),在500℃時(shí)達(dá)到最高值1.08 J·g~(-1)·K~(-1)。此外,Al-Cu合金的熱導(dǎo)率隨Cu含量的升高而降低,但即使Cu含量達(dá)到51.7%,其常溫下的熱導(dǎo)率仍然高達(dá)104 W·m~(-1)·K~(-1)。綜合研究結(jié)果表明,Al-Cu合金作為高溫相變材料具有在太陽(yáng)能蓄熱領(lǐng)域中應(yīng)用的巨大潛力。
[Abstract]:High temperature phase change material (Al-Cu) is one of the best storage materials for solar energy, but the effect of Cu content on its thermal properties has not been reported.The phase transformation temperature, latent heat, specific heat capacity, thermal diffusion coefficient and thermal conductivity of Al-Cu alloy phase change material with Cu content in the range of 7.4% ~ 51.7% were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and laser pulse method (LFA).The internal mechanism of thermodynamic properties was analyzed by metallographic structure.The results show that the transformation temperature of Al-Cu alloy is in the range of 524.4U 645.9 鈩,
