兩種熱作模具鋼高溫耐磨性對比研究

【摘要】:在UMT-3高溫摩擦磨損試驗機上對兩種熱作模具鋼的高溫摩擦磨損特征進行了研究,通過掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)和X射線衍射儀(XRD)等檢測手段對磨損表面和截面的形貌特征及物相進行分析.試驗結果表明:SDCMSS鋼有較H13鋼高的高溫耐磨性.在試驗溫度范圍,SDCM-SS鋼摩擦系數(shù)和磨損率要小于H13鋼.SDCM-SS鋼在400~700℃發(fā)生輕微氧化磨損機制;H13鋼在400~500℃發(fā)生輕微氧化磨損機制,600和700℃發(fā)生嚴重氧化磨損機制.SDCM-SS鋼高氧化性和高熱穩(wěn)定性能使新型模具鋼具有較H13鋼更寬的輕微氧化磨損溫度區(qū)間,從而具有好的高溫耐磨性能.700℃時,SDCM-SS鋼的碳化物在摩擦過程中會聚集在摩擦氧化物層與基體交界面形成碳化物層.此碳化物層有益于提高熱作模具鋼的高溫耐磨性.
[Abstract]:The high temperature friction and wear characteristics of two hot working die steels were studied on UMT-3 high temperature friction and wear tester.The morphology and phase of wear surface and cross section were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD).The results show that the wear resistance of SDCMSS steel is higher than that of H13 steel.The friction coefficient and wear rate of SDCM-SS steel are smaller than that of SDCM-SS steel at 400 ~ 700 鈩,
