BTA深孔加工軸線偏斜機(jī)理及防走偏技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,對深孔類零件的要求也不斷提高,而深孔加工孔的軸線是否發(fā)生偏斜是衡量工件深孔加工質(zhì)量好壞的一個重要指標(biāo)。由于深孔加工工藝的特殊性,加工過程難以監(jiān)測,在鉆削加工時,鉆頭鉆桿極容易出現(xiàn)走偏的現(xiàn)象,從而導(dǎo)致深孔的軸線偏斜過大,致使深孔工件質(zhì)量不合格。所以能否在加工過程中防止鉆頭鉆桿出現(xiàn)走偏的現(xiàn)象,是目前提高深孔加工工件質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵之一。論文分析研究了現(xiàn)代深孔加工技術(shù)在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了BTA深孔加工系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)與缺陷。對深孔鉆削加工過程中軸線發(fā)生偏斜的機(jī)理進(jìn)行了深入的研究。建立了各種因素引起的鉆頭鉆桿走偏的力學(xué)模型,進(jìn)行了理論分析并計算其偏斜量。使用solidworks軟件對鉆頭鉆桿進(jìn)行了三維建模,然后利用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析軟件對鉆頭鉆桿系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行靜力學(xué)特性分析和動力學(xué)特性分析。提出了一種防止鉆頭鉆桿走偏的方法,設(shè)計了一種安裝在鉆桿上的輔助支撐裝置,并討論了該支撐裝置在理論上的可行性。對安裝有輔助支撐裝置的鉆頭鉆桿系統(tǒng)再次利用Workbench軟件對其進(jìn)行靜力學(xué)和動力學(xué)特性分析,并與之前不加支撐裝置時的分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,驗(yàn)證了該支撐裝置的效果。本文最終通過設(shè)計的支撐裝置,有效的緩解了深孔鉆削加工過程中孔軸線偏斜的問題,對深孔工件質(zhì)量和加工效率的提高有著重要的參考價值。
[Abstract]:With the further development of China's industrialization process, the deep parts of the requirements is also rising, and the axial hole deflection whether deep hole machining is an important index to measure the quality of deep hole processing. Because of the particularity of deep hole machining process, machining process difficult to monitor, in the drilling process, the drill pole prone to deviate phenomenon, which leads to the hole axis deviation is too large, resulting in the failure of deep hole workpiece quality. So can prevent the drill deflection phenomenon occurs in the process of processing, is one of the key to improve the quality of the workpiece. The deep hole processing development study of modern deep processing technology at home and abroad. Summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of BTA system. The deep hole processing in deep hole drilling process in the mechanism of axis deflection are studied. The factors which cause the establishment The drill Zoupian mechanical model is theoretically analyzed and calculated the deflection. Using SolidWorks software for 3D modeling of drill, and then analyze the characteristics and dynamic analysis of static characteristics of drill system using ANSYS finite element analysis software Workbench. This paper proposes a method to prevent the drill away. The design of an auxiliary supporting device installed in the drill pipe, and discussed the feasibility of the supporting device in theory. The installation of drill system auxiliary supporting device again for static and dynamic analysis on the characteristics of using Workbench software, and before without analysis of support device to compare the results, verify the the supporting device effect. Finally the design of the supporting device, effectively alleviate the deep hole drilling hole axis deflection problem of There is an important reference value for the improvement of the quality of the deep holes and the improvement of the processing efficiency.
