不同熱處理對(duì)ADC12壓鑄鋁合金組織和力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:以ADC12壓鑄鋁合金化學(xué)成分為基礎(chǔ),在合金中加入了額外的2%與4%Cu,并進(jìn)行了不同的熱處理工藝研究,探討了鋁合金在無鼓泡缺陷時(shí)最佳的固溶處理溫度、時(shí)間以及組織性能特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果表明:避免ADC12鋁合金壓鑄件在熱處理過程中表面鼓泡缺陷的最高溫度和時(shí)間為490℃/0.25 h,若在更高的溫度或更長(zhǎng)時(shí)間進(jìn)行熱處理,則鑄件會(huì)產(chǎn)生鼓泡缺陷。添加Cu的ADC12鋁合金,在460~490℃固溶處理時(shí),硬度隨著Cu含量的增加而增大,而強(qiáng)度卻隨著Cu含量的增加而降低。當(dāng)鋁合金的高溫強(qiáng)度大于12.54 MPa時(shí),不會(huì)發(fā)生表面鼓泡缺陷。
[Abstract]:Based on the chemical composition of ADC12 die-casting aluminum alloy, additional 2% and 4Cu2% were added to the alloy, and different heat treatment processes were carried out. The optimum solution treatment temperature, time, microstructure and properties of aluminum alloy without bubbling defects were discussed.The results show that the highest temperature and time of surface blistering defects of ADC12 aluminum alloy die castings during heat treatment are 490 鈩,
