鋁含量對(duì)TWIP鋼中夾雜物特征及AlN析出行為的影響

【摘要】:采用掃描電鏡、X射線能譜儀以及掃描電鏡配置的夾雜物自動(dòng)掃描統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件(INCAFeature)表征了Fe-Mn-C(-Al)系TWIP鋼中夾雜物的成分、形貌和數(shù)量,考察了Al質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)在0.002%~1.590%的四種TWIP鋼中夾雜物的特征和Al含量對(duì)AlN析出行為的影響.并在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用了適合TWIP鋼中高錳高鋁特點(diǎn)的熱力學(xué)參數(shù)對(duì)AlN夾雜物進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的熱力學(xué)分析.研究表明,在含有相似N質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)(0.0078%~0.0100%)的TWIP鋼中,當(dāng)鋼中Al質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)升高至0.75%時(shí),AlN夾雜物開始在鋼中析出,并在MnS(Se)-Al_2O_3上局部析出形成MnS(Se)-Al_2O_3-AlN復(fù)合夾雜;當(dāng)Al質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)升高至1.07%時(shí),熱力學(xué)計(jì)算表明AlN已經(jīng)可以在TWIP鋼液相中形成,經(jīng)不斷長(zhǎng)大后在MnS(Se)夾雜物表面局部析出形成MnS(Se)-AlN復(fù)合夾雜物;在Al質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為1.59%的TWIP鋼中,AlN的平衡析出溫度比其液相線溫度高出42℃,在液相中形成的AlN可以作為異質(zhì)核心,MnS(Se)夾雜在其表面包裹形成MnS(Se)-AlN復(fù)合夾雜物.另外,在Fe-18.21%Mn-0.64%C-1.59%Al體系的TWIP鋼中,AlN在液相中析出所需的最低氮的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)僅為0.0043%.因此,在TWIP鋼的冶煉過程中,應(yīng)盡可能的降低鋼中的氮含量,避免生成過量的AlN夾雜.
[Abstract]:The composition, morphology and quantity of inclusions in Fe-Mn-Ca-Al TWIP steel were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) automatic scanning statistical software (Inca feature).The characteristics of inclusions in four kinds of TWIP steels with Al content of 0.002% and 1.590% Al content and the effect of Al content on the precipitation behavior of AlN were investigated.On this basis, the thermodynamic parameters suitable for high manganese and high aluminum in TWIP steel were used to analyze the inclusion of AlN systematically.The results show that in TWIP steel containing similar N mass fraction (0.0078 / 0.0100), when the Al content in the steel increases to 0.75, the AlN inclusions begin to precipitate in the steel and locally precipitate on the MnS(Se)-Al_2O_3 to form MnS(Se)-Al_2O_3-AlN composite inclusions, and when the Al mass fraction increases to 1.07%,The thermodynamic calculation shows that AlN can be formed in the liquid phase of TWIP steel, and after growing up, MnS(Se)-AlN compound inclusions can be formed by local precipitation on the surface of MNS See inclusions.The equilibrium precipitation temperature of AlN in TWIP steel with 1.59% Al content is 42 鈩,
