汽車曲軸用球墨鑄鐵的強(qiáng)韌化熱處理工藝研究

【摘要】:對(duì)QT780-3珠光體型球墨鑄鐵進(jìn)行正火處理,分析不同正火溫度對(duì)球墨鑄鐵組織、耐磨性及力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:在一定正火溫度范圍內(nèi),隨著正火溫度的提高珠光體層片間距變小,鐵素體分布均勻性得到改善,同時(shí)耐磨性及力學(xué)性能提高。當(dāng)正火溫度較高時(shí),珠光體組織粗化,耐磨性及力學(xué)性能降低。正火條件為900℃×2 h時(shí),珠光體層片間距最小,鐵素體分布均勻,QT780-3珠光體型球墨鑄鐵綜合性能最佳。
[Abstract]:The effect of different normalizing temperature on the microstructure, wear resistance and mechanical properties of QT780-3 pearlite nodular cast iron was studied.The results show that with the increase of normalizing temperature, the distribution uniformity of ferrite is improved, and the wear resistance and mechanical properties are improved with the increase of normalizing temperature.When the normalizing temperature is high, the microstructure of pearlite is coarse, and the wear resistance and mechanical properties of pearlite are decreased.When the normalizing condition is 900 鈩,
