月桂基咪唑啉硫酸酯鹽對A3鋼的緩蝕性能研究

【摘要】:以月桂酸和羥乙基乙二胺為原料、氨基磺酸為季銨化試劑,通過季銨化反應,合成了咪唑啉緩蝕劑1-羥乙基-2-月桂基-咪唑啉硫酸酯鹽(LIMS),并通過失重法、極化曲線、EIS和ESEM考察了LIMS在質量分數(shù)為10%的鹽酸溶液中對A3鋼的緩蝕性能及表面的吸附行為。結果表明:在ρ(LIMS)=0.80 g/L時,緩蝕率為93.1%;添加ρ(LIMS)=0.05~0.80 g/L的緩蝕劑后,陽極、陰極反應作用系數(shù)fa和fc均小于1,而且兩者數(shù)值相近,說明可以同時抑制陰極和陽極反應,是一種混合型緩蝕劑;LIMS分子與金屬表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等溫式,能自發(fā)吸附于金屬表面,并以化學吸附為主;在50℃、腐蝕時間24 h、ρ(LIMS)=0.80 g/L時,自制緩蝕劑LIMS緩蝕率為90.6%,優(yōu)于市售緩蝕劑烏洛托品(78.5%)、苯并三氮唑(82.9%)、PS-1(84.2%)、IS2129(87.3%)。
[Abstract]:Using lauric acid and hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine as raw materials, aminosulfonic acid as quaternary ammonium reagent, Imidazoline inhibitor 1-hydroxyethyl-2-lauryl imidazoline sulfate was synthesized by quaternary ammonium reaction.The corrosion inhibition and surface adsorption behavior of LIMS on A3 steel in 10% hydrochloric acid solution were investigated by polarization curve (EIS) and ESEM.The results showed that the corrosion inhibition rate was 93.1g / L at 蟻 LIMSN 0.80 g / L, and the cathodic reaction coefficients fa and FC were less than 1 after the addition of the inhibitor 蟻 LIMSU 0.05 ~ 0.80 g / L, which indicated that the cathodic and anodic reactions could be inhibited simultaneously.It is a mixed corrosion inhibitor, Langmuir adsorption isotherm, which can spontaneously adsorb on metal surface, mainly chemisorption, at 50 鈩,
