核電設(shè)備用690鎳基合金氣體保護(hù)焊絲國(guó)產(chǎn)化研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)核電設(shè)備用690鎳基合金焊接材料依賴進(jìn)口的現(xiàn)狀,開(kāi)展690鎳基合金焊接材料的國(guó)產(chǎn)化研制。研制的690鎳基合金氣體保護(hù)焊焊絲WHS690M滿足CAP1000及CAP1400核電站的要求,焊接工藝性良好,在不同焊接規(guī)范參數(shù)下,焊縫金屬室溫及高溫力學(xué)性能波動(dòng)較小,350℃抗拉強(qiáng)度≥485 MPa。對(duì)WHS690M及進(jìn)口Inconel 52M焊絲熔敷金屬進(jìn)行高溫失塑裂紋敏感性評(píng)估,并結(jié)合光學(xué)顯微鏡(OM)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)及電子背散射衍射技術(shù)(EBSD),對(duì)晶粒取向和晶界特征進(jìn)行觀察。試驗(yàn)表明,焊縫金屬DDC最小臨界應(yīng)變出現(xiàn)在1 050℃附近,進(jìn)口Inconel 52M最小臨界應(yīng)變約為2.1%,WHS690M最小臨界應(yīng)變約為3.2%。
