焊縫余高對(duì)A5083鋁合金焊接接頭低溫疲勞性能的影響

【摘要】:針對(duì)軌道車輛常用的A5083P-O鋁合金焊接接頭,分別在帶有焊縫余高和不帶焊縫余高的條件下,進(jìn)行了不同低溫環(huán)境下的軸向脈動(dòng)拉伸疲勞試驗(yàn),分析了焊縫余高對(duì)接頭疲勞強(qiáng)度的影響,建立了疲勞強(qiáng)度與溫度之間的定量關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:在0~-50℃低溫范圍內(nèi),與不帶焊縫余高的對(duì)接接頭相比,帶有焊縫余高的A5083鋁合金焊接接頭在指定壽命107下的疲勞強(qiáng)度降低近30%,其中無(wú)焊縫余高接頭的疲勞破壞主要發(fā)生在焊縫區(qū),而帶有焊縫余高的接頭大多起裂于焊趾處;隨著環(huán)境溫度的降低,接頭疲勞強(qiáng)度呈指數(shù)規(guī)律升高,當(dāng)溫度從0℃下降到-50℃時(shí),接頭疲勞強(qiáng)度提高近13%。
[Abstract]:The axial pulsating fatigue tests of A5083P-O aluminum alloy welded joints commonly used in rail vehicles were carried out under different low temperature conditions under the condition of high weld surplus height and no weld residual height respectively.The influence of weld residual height on fatigue strength of joints was analyzed and the quantitative relationship between fatigue strength and temperature was established.The results show that in the low temperature range of 0 ~ 50 鈩,
