Al-5Ti-1B-4Sr中間合金對Al-8Si合金同時細化和變質(zhì)效果

【摘要】:采用氟鹽法和對摻法成功制備了Al-5Ti-1B-4Sr中間合金,采用X射線衍射(XRD)和掃描電鏡(SEM)分析了Al-5Ti-1B-4Sr中間合金的組織及相組成。通過改變Al-5Ti-1B-4Sr中間合金細化變質(zhì)保溫時間,采用微觀組織分析和宏觀組織分析方法,研究了Al-5Ti-1B-4Sr中間合金對Al-8Si亞共晶鋁硅同時細化和變質(zhì)的效果。研究結(jié)果表明,Al-5Ti-1B-4Sr中間合金中含有Al_3Ti相、TiB_2相和Al_4Sr相,Al-5Ti-1B-4Sr中間合金對亞共晶鋁硅合金有良好的同時細化變質(zhì)效果。Al-5Ti-1B-4Sr中間合金可使共晶硅從針狀或板片狀形貌轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槔w維狀或塊狀。與未變質(zhì)試樣相比,細化變質(zhì)時間為10 min時,Al-8Si合金中針狀或板片狀共晶硅顯著減少;變質(zhì)時間超過20 min時,看不到針狀或板片狀共晶硅存在;當(dāng)變質(zhì)時間達到80 min時,部分針狀或板片狀共晶硅再次出現(xiàn)。隨著Al-5Ti-1B-4Sr細化變質(zhì)保溫時間的變化,α-Al的二次枝晶臂間距和共晶團尺寸先減小后增大,細化變質(zhì)保溫時間為30 min時效果最好。Al-5Ti-1B-4Sr中間合金對亞共晶鋁硅合金細化變質(zhì)的孕育期為10~20 min,衰退期為60 min。
[Abstract]:Al-5Ti-1B-4Sr master alloy was prepared by fluorine salt method and doping method. The microstructure and phase composition of Al-5Ti-1B-4Sr master alloy were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).By changing the modification time of Al-5Ti-1B-4Sr master alloy, the effect of Al-5Ti-1B-4Sr master alloy on the refinement and modification of Al-8Si hypoeutectic Al-Si was studied by means of microstructure analysis and macrostructure analysis.鐮旂┒緇撴灉琛ㄦ槑,Al-5Ti-1B-4Sr涓棿鍚堥噾涓惈鏈堿l_3Ti鐩,
