激光光整對(duì)高硅鋁合金缸套材料摩擦磨損性能的影響

【摘要】:切取高硅鋁合金缸套試樣,并對(duì)工作面進(jìn)行激光光整,研究其對(duì)摩擦磨損性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,激光掃描速度為600 mm/min,離焦量2 mm,功率為1 000 W時(shí)硅顆粒最大凸出高度為1.243μm,與未處理試樣相比,摩擦因數(shù)從0.141降到0.113,降幅達(dá)19.9%,磨損量從0.7 mg降到0.2 mg,降幅達(dá)71.4%;激光光整使高硅鋁合金缸套工作面上的硅顆粒凸出且邊角圓化,硅顆粒的凸出,避免了鋁基體與活塞環(huán)的直接接觸,并增大了儲(chǔ)油潤(rùn)滑的效果,減少了粘著磨損的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),也降低了摩擦力,從而改善了高硅鋁合金缸套材料的摩擦磨損性能。
[Abstract]:The high silicon aluminum alloy cylinder liner sample was cut and laser finishing was carried out to study its effect on friction and wear performance.The results show that the maximum protruding height of silicon particles is 1.243 渭 m when the laser scanning speed is 600mm / min, the defocus is 2 mm and the power is 1 000 W, compared with the untreated samples.The friction coefficient was reduced from 0.141 to 0.113, and the friction coefficient was reduced by 19.9mg, the amount of wear was reduced from 0.7 mg to 0.2 mg, the drop was 71.4%. Laser finishing made the silicon particles protruding and the edges rounded and the silicon particles protruding in the working face of the cylinder liner with high silicon alloy, the friction coefficient was reduced from 0.141 to 0.113, and the amount of wear was reduced from 0.7 mg to 0.2 mg.The direct contact between aluminum matrix and piston ring is avoided, and the lubricating effect of oil storage is increased, the risk of adhesion and wear is reduced, and the friction force is also reduced. Thus, the friction and wear properties of cylinder liner material of high silicon aluminum alloy are improved.
