奧氏體不銹鋼光纖激光同軸保護焊接的實時監(jiān)測

【摘要】:采用光纖激光同軸保護焊接奧氏體不銹鋼,利用激光焊接監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)同步采集焊接過程中的光信號數(shù)據(jù),并結合羽輝的形貌研究不同焊接條件對焊縫成形及光信號強度的影響規(guī)律。研究結果表明,光信號強度隨著激光功率的增加逐漸增大。當離焦量從-6mm變化到6mm時,光信號強度先減小后增大。光信號變化可反映焊縫熔深的變化,可用于檢測搭接間隙和焊縫位置變化引起的焊縫缺陷。通過P信號數(shù)據(jù)可判斷焊接質(zhì)量異常區(qū)的準確位置,焊接過程中光信號的強度同羽輝體積正相關。
[Abstract]:Optical fiber laser coaxial protection is used to weld austenitic stainless steel and laser welding monitoring system is used to synchronously collect optical signal data during welding process.The influence of different welding conditions on weld formation and light signal intensity was studied.The results show that the intensity of optical signal increases with the increase of laser power.When the defocus changed from -6 mm to 6mm, the optical signal intensity decreased first and then increased.The change of light signal can reflect the change of weld penetration depth and can be used to detect weld defects caused by the change of lap gap and weld seam position.The accurate position of abnormal welding quality area can be determined by P signal data, and the intensity of light signal is positively correlated with the volume of plume during welding.
