二次正火處理對9Cr3W3Co鋼微觀組織和沖擊韌性的影響

【摘要】:對9Cr3W3Co鋼在傳統(tǒng)正火熱處理和3種不同溫度二次正火熱處理后的顯微組織和沖擊韌性進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:二次低溫正火可以有效細(xì)化9Cr3W3Co鋼傳統(tǒng)正火熱處理后的粗大晶粒,回火后沖擊斷口的剪切唇面積大幅增加;二次低溫正火過程中析出富Nb、V的MX相顆粒,有益于晶粒的細(xì)化,同時(shí)回火后的M23C6碳化物更為細(xì)小彌散,兩者的共同作用帶來了沖擊韌性的提升。
[Abstract]:The microstructure and impact toughness of 9Cr3W3Co steel after conventional normalizing heat treatment and three different temperature secondary normalizing heat treatment were studied. The results show that secondary low temperature normalizing treatment can effectively refine the coarse grain of 9Cr3W3Co steel after conventional normalizing heat treatment. After tempering, the shear lip area of the impact fracture surface increased significantly, and the MX phase particles rich in NB _ (V) were precipitated during the secondary low-temperature normalizing process, which was beneficial to grain refinement, and the M23C6 carbide after tempering was more fine and dispersed. The combination of the two brings about an increase in impact toughness.
