用于檢測厚鋁板缺陷的體波EMAT優(yōu)化方法

【摘要】:針對電磁超聲換能器(electromagnetic acoustic transducer,EMAT)的換能效率低,易受外界環(huán)境噪聲影響導(dǎo)致回波信號較小、信噪比較低的問題,提出一種使用正交試驗(yàn)的優(yōu)化方法進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。該方法基于電磁場渦流效應(yīng)、質(zhì)點(diǎn)彈性動力學(xué)的波動方程及有限元法,建立了一個檢測厚鋁板單平底孔缺陷、收發(fā)一體的體波EMAT二維有限元模型。該模型應(yīng)用正交試驗(yàn)和極差分析法,通過對比不同結(jié)構(gòu)下的缺陷回波電壓信號強(qiáng)弱程度,分析磁鐵和線圈的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對其的影響,獲得了優(yōu)化的模型結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)值。同時,得出在本結(jié)構(gòu)下磁鐵與線圈的最佳寬度比。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了優(yōu)化結(jié)果的有效性,缺陷回波電壓峰-峰值的實(shí)驗(yàn)與仿真結(jié)果相符。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the low efficiency of electromagnetic acoustic transducer (EMT), which is easily affected by external noise, the echo signal is small and the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is low, an optimization method based on orthogonal test is proposed to improve it.Based on the eddy current effect of electromagnetic field, the wave equation of particle elastic dynamics and the finite element method, a two-dimensional EMAT finite element model for detecting the defects of single flat bottom hole in thick aluminum plate is established.By using orthogonal test and range analysis method, the influence of the structure parameters of magnets and coils on the strength of echo voltage signals of defects under different structures is analyzed, and the optimized structural parameters of the model are obtained.At the same time, the optimum width ratio of magnet to coil is obtained.The effectiveness of the optimized results is verified by experiments. The results of the peak to peak of the defect echo voltage are in agreement with the simulation results.
