Inconel690合金HVOF噴涂WC-10Co-4Cr涂層高溫微動磨損特性研究

【摘要】:蒸汽發(fā)生器傳熱管是核電系統(tǒng)的關鍵部件之一,由于傳熱管與支撐部件之間的小幅振動引起微動磨損,導致傳熱管局部損傷。持續(xù)的微動會進一步導致傳熱管表層裂紋的萌生與擴展,產(chǎn)生安全隱患,危及核電系統(tǒng)安全。因此,防止蒸汽發(fā)生器傳熱管微動損傷導致的管裂事故,是核電系統(tǒng)安全的重大課題。雖然研究人員做了長期大量的有關研究工作,但目前尚無一套系統(tǒng)的方法來有效解決蒸汽發(fā)生器傳熱管微動損傷可能產(chǎn)生的安全風險問題。本文在PLINT電液伺服高溫微動試驗機上,以"十"字交叉接觸方式進行Incone1690合金管及其超音速火焰噴涂WC-10Co-4Cr涂層的高溫微動磨損試驗。試驗條件為:法向載荷Fn為100~200 N,位移幅值D為100~200 μm,頻率f為2 Hz,循環(huán)次數(shù)為30000次,溫度為室溫25℃至300℃。利用光學顯微鏡(OM)、X射線衍射儀(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、電子能譜儀(EDX)、NanoMap500DLS雙模式輪廓儀和三維共聚焦顯微鏡(OLYMPUS-OLS4100)等設備對磨痕進行測試分析,研究了 Incone1690合金管和WC-10Co-4Cr涂層的微動磨損特性和磨損機理,獲得的研究結(jié)果如下:(1)在室溫下位移幅值對WC-10Co-4Cr涂層的摩擦系數(shù)影響較小;在位移幅值一定時,法向載荷增加,WC-10Co-4Cr涂層的摩擦系數(shù)增加,室溫下WC-10Co-4Cr涂層的微動磨損機制以磨粒磨損與剝層為主要特征,并伴有輕微摩擦氧化。(2)高溫200℃和300℃下WC-10Co-4Cr涂層的磨損體積隨著位移幅值和法向載荷的增大而增大;高溫200℃下微動磨損機制仍以磨粒磨損和剝層為主要特征,伴有氧化磨損。高溫300℃下微動磨損機制以氧化磨損為主要特征,并伴有剝層特征。(3)在室溫至高溫200℃條件下,WC-10Co-4Cr涂層的磨損體積和截面二維輪廓面積較小,表明超音速火焰噴涂WC-10Co-4Cr涂層能有效提高Incone1690合金的耐磨性和抗微動磨損性,而在高溫300℃下,WC-10Co-4Cr涂層發(fā)生嚴重磨損。
[Abstract]:The heat transfer tube of steam generator is one of the key components of nuclear power system. The continuous fretting will further lead to the initiation and expansion of the surface cracks of the heat transfer tubes, which will lead to a hidden safety hazard and endanger the safety of nuclear power systems. Therefore, the pipe cracking accidents caused by the fretting damage of the steam generator tubes will be prevented. Is a major issue in the safety of nuclear power systems. Although researchers have done a lot of related research work for a long time, However, there is no systematic method to solve the problem of safety risk caused by fretting damage of steam generator tube. This paper is based on PLINT electro-hydraulic servo high-temperature fretting test machine. The fretting wear test of Incone1690 alloy tube and its WC-10Co-4Cr coating sprayed by supersonic flame is carried out by "ten" cross contact method.
