氣-固兩相流霧化噴嘴的磨損分析

【摘要】:目的為了解決霧化法磁性磨料制備過程中,霧化噴嘴容易發(fā)生沖蝕磨損而無法形成有效流場的問題,分析霧化噴嘴的沖蝕磨損機理,為霧化噴嘴的設(shè)計提供理論依據(jù)。方法選用Al2O3硬質(zhì)磨料顆粒、Si C材料的噴嘴,運用理論分析與計算機模擬(CFD)相結(jié)合的方法,探究霧化噴涂沖蝕磨損的機理,并研究霧化壓力與最大沖蝕磨損率的關(guān)系。結(jié)果運用理論分析,得出了霧化噴嘴的沖蝕磨損形式為脆性斷裂與微切削兩種。運用CFD計算機模擬分析,得出了霧化噴嘴的沖蝕磨損分布圖,其沖蝕磨損率隨著霧化壓力的增加而增加。當霧化壓力為3 MPa時,霧化噴嘴的最大沖蝕磨損率達到了5.3×10-7 kg/(m2·s);當霧化壓力為5 MPa時,霧化噴嘴的最大沖蝕磨損率達到了1.3×10-6 kg/(m2·s),較3 MPa時增加了59%。結(jié)論可以采取將硬質(zhì)磨料注入與霧化工序分離的方法來改進霧化噴嘴的結(jié)構(gòu),從而減少在制備磁性磨料過程中硬質(zhì)磨料顆粒對霧化噴嘴內(nèi)壁的沖蝕磨損。
[Abstract]:Aim in order to solve the problem that the atomizing nozzle is prone to erosion and can not form an effective flow field during the preparation of the atomized magnetic abrasive, the erosion wear mechanism of the atomizing nozzle is analyzed. To provide the theoretical basis for the design of atomizing nozzle. Methods the nozzle of Al2O3 hard abrasive particle / sic material was selected, and the mechanism of erosion wear of atomization spraying was explored by combining theoretical analysis with computer simulation. The relationship between atomization pressure and maximum erosion wear rate is studied. Results the erosion wear patterns of atomizing nozzle are brittle fracture and micro cutting by using theoretical analysis. The erosion wear distribution of atomizing nozzle is obtained, and the erosion wear rate increases with the increase of atomization pressure. When atomization pressure is 3 MPa, the maximum erosion wear rate of atomizing nozzle reaches 5.3 脳 10 ~ (-7) kg/(m2 ~ (-1), and when atomization pressure is 5 MPa, the maximum erosion wear rate of atomizing nozzle is 5.3 脳 10 ~ (-7) kg/(m2 ~ (-1). The maximum erosion wear rate of atomizing nozzle is 1.3 脳 10 ~ (-6) kg/(m2 ~ (-1), which is 59% higher than that of 3 MPa. Conclusion the structure of atomizing nozzle can be improved by separating hard abrasive injection from atomization process. Thus the erosion wear of hard abrasive particles on the inner wall of atomizing nozzle is reduced during the preparation of magnetic abrasive.
