【摘要】：60Si2Cr VA彈簧在服役狀況下,運(yùn)行壽命不到設(shè)計(jì)壽命的1/3,發(fā)生了斷裂。為了分析彈簧的斷口和斷裂原因,根據(jù)該彈簧鋼的制造和服役狀況,對(duì)斷口宏觀(guān)形貌、SEM照片進(jìn)行了分析;并對(duì)彈簧鋼的應(yīng)力分布、化學(xué)成分、組織和硬度進(jìn)行了分析。發(fā)現(xiàn)了彈簧斷裂為疲勞斷裂,其失效起源于表面缺陷和最大切應(yīng)力的共同作用,且彈簧內(nèi)部組織有石墨化現(xiàn)象,硬度高,韌性降低,導(dǎo)致了整個(gè)工件的斷裂。提出了該彈簧在加工過(guò)程、檢測(cè)過(guò)程及熱處理過(guò)程中的一些改進(jìn)的措施。
[Abstract]:Under the condition of service, the service life of the 60Si2Cr VA spring is less than 1 / 3 of the designed life. In order to analyze the fracture surface and the cause of the fracture, according to the manufacture and service condition of the spring steel, the macroscopic morphology of the fracture surface is analyzed. The stress distribution, chemical composition, microstructure and hardness of spring steel are analyzed. It is found that spring fracture is fatigue fracture, its failure originates from the joint action of surface defect and maximum shear stress, and the internal structure of spring is graphitized. High hardness and low toughness lead to the fracture of the whole workpiece. Some measures to improve the spring in the process of processing, testing and heat treatment are put forward.
