TC4鈦合金噴丸強(qiáng)化工藝的數(shù)值研究

【摘要】:噴丸強(qiáng)化是一種能有效改善工件表面完整性和提高工件疲勞壽命的表面強(qiáng)化技術(shù),廣泛應(yīng)用于航空、航天、汽車等軍民用領(lǐng)域。但由于噴丸過程機(jī)理復(fù)雜,影響參數(shù)眾多,目前仍有待進(jìn)一步研究。本文以TC4鈦合金為研究對(duì)象,基于有限元方法分析TC4鈦合金噴丸強(qiáng)化的機(jī)理。通過采用能夠反映高速?zèng)_擊下材料的應(yīng)變硬化以及應(yīng)變率硬化效應(yīng)的Johnson-Cook材料模型定義靶材屬性,以及ABAQUS有限元軟件等進(jìn)行建模計(jì)算,系統(tǒng)的研究了噴丸工藝參數(shù)以及工件表面質(zhì)量對(duì)噴丸強(qiáng)化的影響。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容為:第一章介紹了鈦及鈦合金的性能及應(yīng)用情況,同時(shí)對(duì)噴丸的強(qiáng)化機(jī)制及研究現(xiàn)狀作了歸納和總結(jié),并指出了噴丸強(qiáng)化的數(shù)值研究對(duì)噴丸強(qiáng)化工藝的重要性。第二章對(duì)靜態(tài)隱式和動(dòng)力學(xué)顯式有限元算法的基本理論進(jìn)行了闡述;通過建立噴丸強(qiáng)化的單個(gè)丸粒有限元模型,研究了重復(fù)撞擊次數(shù)和丸粒材料對(duì)噴丸強(qiáng)化效果的影響。第三章通過ABAQUS的二次開發(fā)接口,采用Python語言建模,建立了多丸粒隨機(jī)噴丸強(qiáng)化有限元模型;谠撃P脱芯苛藝娡钑r(shí)間、噴丸速度、噴丸角度、丸粒直徑等參數(shù)對(duì)殘余應(yīng)力和表面粗糙度的影響。第四章針對(duì)靶材表面非理想光滑的情況,采用函數(shù)擬合的方法模擬了靶材表面粗糙度情況,建立了含初始表面粗糙度的噴丸強(qiáng)化有限元模型,并利用該模型研究了靶材表面初始粗糙度對(duì)噴丸效果的影響。第五章對(duì)本文所做的工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)后續(xù)工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Shot peening strengthening is a kind of surface strengthening technology which can effectively improve the surface integrity of workpiece and increase the fatigue life of workpiece. It is widely used in military and civilian fields such as aviation, aerospace, automobile and so on. However, because of the complex mechanism of shot peening process, the influence parameters are numerous. In this paper, TC4 titanium alloy is taken as the research object. Based on the finite element method, the mechanism of shot peening strengthening of TC4 titanium alloy is analyzed. The target properties are defined by using the Johnson-Cook material model which can reflect the strain hardening and strain rate hardening effect of the material under high speed impact. The effects of shot peening process parameters and workpiece surface quality on shot peening strengthening are systematically studied. The main contents are as follows: the first chapter introduces the properties and applications of titanium and titanium alloys. At the same time, the strengthening mechanism and research status of shot peening are summarized and summarized. It also points out the importance of the numerical study of shot peening to the shot peening strengthening process. In chapter 2, the basic theory of static implicit finite element method and dynamic explicit finite element method is expounded, and the single shot particle finite element model is established. The effects of repeated impact times and pellet material on shot peening strengthening effect were studied. Chapter 3 was modeled by Python language through the secondary development interface of ABAQUS. Based on the finite element model of stochastic shot peening with multiple pellets, the time, velocity and angle of shot peening were studied. The influence of particle diameter and other parameters on residual stress and surface roughness. In the fourth chapter, the surface roughness of the target is simulated by the method of function fitting, aiming at the non-ideal smooth surface of the target. The finite element model of shot peening with initial surface roughness is established, and the effect of initial roughness of target surface on shot peening is studied by using the model. Chapter 5 summarizes the work done in this paper. The future work is prospected.
