低成本鈦合金研究現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展趨勢

【摘要】:鈦合金較高的成本限制了其應(yīng)用范圍,低成本鈦合金已成為當前鈦合金研究的熱點。概述了低成本鈦合金國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,著重介紹了寶鈦集團研發(fā)的低成本鈦合金及鈦合金的低成本化制備情況,新近研制的BTi31、Ti-3111、BTi-341、BTi-421111、BTi-61111S等低成本鈦合金已在汽車、體育休閑等領(lǐng)域獲得應(yīng)用;在鈦合金的低成本化制造方面,利用電子束冷床爐熔煉,大量添加返回料,熔煉的扁錠直接軋制板材,顯著降低原料成本和加工成本。同時對低成本鈦合金的發(fā)展方向進行展望,指出今后的研究重點是進一步優(yōu)化熔煉和加工工藝,提升合金性能水平,提高成材率,拓展應(yīng)用范圍。
[Abstract]:The high cost of titanium alloy limits its application scope, and low cost titanium alloy has become the hot spot of titanium alloy research at present. The research status of low cost titanium alloy at home and abroad is summarized. The low cost titanium alloy developed by Baoti Group and the low cost preparation of titanium alloy are introduced in this paper. The recently developed low cost titanium alloys, such as BTi 31U Ti-3111N BTi-341U BTi-421111BTi-61111S, have been applied in the field of automobile, sports and leisure, and in the field of low cost manufacture of titanium alloy. By using electron beam cold bed furnace melting, adding a large amount of return material, the flat ingot directly rolled the sheet metal, the cost of raw material and the processing cost are significantly reduced. At the same time, the development direction of low cost titanium alloy is prospected. It is pointed out that the emphasis of the future research is to further optimize the melting and processing technology, to improve the alloy properties, to increase the rate of finished materials and to expand the scope of application.
