DH36鋼濕法焊條多層多道焊海試結(jié)果分析

【摘要】:通過對(duì)潛水員焊工的培訓(xùn),成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了不同接頭形式的水下濕法手工多層多道焊,并且在渤海海域的11,22 m兩個(gè)水深分別進(jìn)行了對(duì)接接頭平焊、搭接接頭橫焊及立焊和T形接頭立焊及船形位置焊的焊接試驗(yàn).結(jié)果表明,在兩種水深的對(duì)接接頭和搭接接頭中都未發(fā)現(xiàn)夾渣、氣孔及未熔合等缺陷,并且兩種水深的對(duì)接接頭和搭接接頭在各項(xiàng)力學(xué)性能指標(biāo)上都滿足AWS D3.6 M:2010關(guān)于B級(jí)接頭的要求.與11 m水深的焊縫相比,22 m水深的焊縫柱狀晶區(qū)的針狀鐵素體減少,塊狀鐵素體明顯增多.兩種水深接頭的熱影響區(qū)粗晶區(qū)組織差異不大,主要由板條狀馬氏體組成.
[Abstract]:Through the training of divers, the underwater wet multi-layer multi-pass welding with different joint forms was successfully realized, and the butt welding was carried out in two water depths of 1122 m in Bohai Sea, respectively. Welding tests of lap joint transverse welding and vertical welding and T-joint vertical welding and ship position welding. The results show that there are no defects such as slag inclusion, porosity and non-fusion in the butt joints and lap joints of two kinds of water depth. The mechanical properties of two kinds of water depth butt joints and lap joints meet the requirements of AWS D 3.6 M: 2010 for B grade joints. Compared with the weld with 11 m water depth, the acicular ferrite in the columnar crystal zone of the weld with water depth of 22 m is reduced. The structure of the heat affected zone of the two water depth joints is not different from that of the heat affected zone, and it is mainly composed of lath martensite.
